Scrimshaw Carvings
The Scrimshaw carvings I do are on bone, deer antlers, elk antlers, moose antlers, or ivory. I usually will use a pattern to do my scrimshaw, but they are still completely done by hand. The pictures I use are usually for family portraits, pets, or famous photos a client is wanting. You will still be getting a one of a kind scrimshaw carving hand carved and not a computer laser copy of something. I use two old knives passed down from my grandfather (Fly's With Eagles). I use them for two reasons. One is they were passed down to me from a great man and two they give great detail to any scrimshaw. I owe everything to my grandfather.
